My journey (career) over the past three decades has offered me the privilege of leading large strategic transformations for organizations worldwide and founding two companies. Through these experiences, I’ve witnessed how innovators, leaders, and executives create a profoundly positive impact on their surroundings, when they possess a high level of self-awareness. They radiate authenticity and serve as inspirational role models, building healthier and more sustainable relationships and cultivating thriving organizations that ultimately lead to exceptional business results.
